Key Attributes As a back‑end developer, you will take the lead on projects and visualise the final solution with little direction, as well as be comfortable communicating the story and direction to stakeholders. You'll be hardworking, talented and passionate about solving technical problems. Responsibilities Take the lead on website projects working closely with Account Managers and other relevant stakeholders. Build and customise WordPress themes and plugins, write efficient PHP code, and manage MySQL databases to enhance functionality and performance.
